The thickness of the fiberglass board FR4 is 0.2 (ultra-thin). 0.4, 0.6. 0.8. 1.0. 1.2. 1.6. 2.0. 3.0. 3.2. What needs to be explained is the impedance plate and the blind buried plate. The greater the difficulty, the more expensive the price will be.
The thinnest aluminum substrate can be 0.3 thick, and the thermal conductivity is 1.02.0.3.0. The higher the heat conduction, the higher the price.
The price of the PCB depends on. Plate, plate thickness, craft, and appearance, as well as the number of holes, the price of the super-hole or super-long plate will be appropriately increased, and if the appearance is more difficult, the height will be adjusted appropriately.
