Just as everyone has a different nickname, items will have different names. Such as Diamond Dotted Paper used in oil-immersed transformers, some people call it Epoxy Dotted Paper, others also call it Diamond Glue Film. No matter what it is called, it cannot change its nature.
Diamond Dotted Paper is coated with special modified epoxy resin on high-performance insulating paper, which is applied to interlayer insulation and sinic insulation of oil-immersed power transformers. In use, the coating begins to melt at a certain temperature during the coil drying process, producing an adhesion effect. As the temperature rises, it begins to solidify, allowing the adjacent layers of the winding to be reliably bonded into one fixed unit. The adhesive strength of the epoxy resin is sufficient to prevent the displacement of the winding layers during short-circuiting, thus ensuring the long-term mechanical and electrical properties of the insulation structure.
Product curing conditions:
First of all, it was held in an environment of 90°C±5°C for 3 hours, and then heated up to 125°C±5°C for 6 hours to complete curing.
Store in a dry, clean room at a temperature not higher than 25°C. Keep away from fire, heat or sunlight. The storage period is one year. If it exceeds the storage period, it can still be used after passing inspection.
